RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a commercial real estate owner to assist them in hiring a Temporary Corporate Receptionist! This Receptionist must be able to work a short term assignment withing a growing and dynamic commercial real estate who is looking to hire this role for a vacation coverage. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of receptionist/administrative experience and excellent customer service skills. This Corporate Receptionist will be the face of the organization and have a warm and friendly demeanor. 

*Must be able to commit to the following dates: November 21st, 22nd, 25th, 26th and 27th (until 1:00 PM). 

Requirements: 

  • Must have prior experience 1+ year (s) in a corporate office setting.
  • Must have strong communication (verbal and written communication skills).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). 
  • Must be able to multi-task and maintain organization in a busy office environment. 
  • The Corporate Receptionist must be professional, polished and be reliable. 
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as independently. 
  • Bachelor's Degree - required
