RealREPP is teaming with an exciting well-known, stable and growing organization looking to hire a Senior Property Accountant! This person will join a exciting, friendly and successful team in the San Francisco area and will focus on portfolio of high profile, beautiful Class A office properties. 

We are looking for a experienced Property Accountant who is looking to take the next step in their career. This person will manage and analyze the finances of a critical portfolio. This person should have experience specifically with fixed assets, have a excellent understanding of GAAP and expense variance explanations.

  • Professional, team oriented, flexible and self starting characteristics
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant CRE Accounting experience required
