RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a commercial real estate owner to assist them in hiring a Corporate Receptionist in San Francisco! 

This is a growing and dynamic commercial real estate firm who is looking to hire this role because of a recent promotion within the company. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of receptionist/administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and the desire to continue to grow within the commercial real estate industry. This Corporate Receptionist will be the face of the organization and have a warm and friendly demeanor.

Requirements
  • Must have prior experience 1+ year (s) in a corporate office setting.
  • Must have strong communication (verbal and written communication skills).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). 
  • Must be able to multi-task and maintain organization in a busy office environment. 
  • The Corporate Receptionist must be professional, polished and be reliable. 
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as independently. 
  • Bachelor's Degree - required
