They have a strong footprint in the San Francisco area and are excited to continue expanding. They are actively seeking a Assistant Property Manager to join their team!  

This Assistant Property Manager will provide a high level of customer service to tenants and clients ensuring that a positive relationship is established and maintained. This person will also be heavily involved in construction efforts, bidding out projects, communicating with internal decision makers, and providing recommendations & scopes of work. This person will be part of a team who handles leasing/contract documents, pulling reports, coordinating tenant logistics and processing invoices. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, communication and multitasking skills. They will enjoy working in a collaborative, team oriented office environment!

  • Bachelors Degree highly preferred
  • Bilingual highly preferred - English and Mandarin
  • 2+ years of prior Property Management experience within Commercial Real Estate
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer Service oriented and a high attention to detail
