RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a well known and growing commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring a Assistant Property Accountant in the Bay area! 

This Assistant Property Accountant role is ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. This individual report directly to Property Accountants and assist in day to day general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with tenant billings, A/R issues, A/P invoice processing, and other accounting requests. 

This position offers a fantastic base salary and medical, dental and vision benefits at a low cost. You are given the option to add to a 401K account, receive a 6% match, & are immediately vested! This team promotes work life balance & offers 2 weeks of vacation (to start), 8 sick days, 2 floating holidays for a total of 20 days PTO to start! Vacation time increases to 3 weeks after the first year!
